Guide Roller/Wing Roller

    Belt conveyor Guide roller, also known as side guide roller or wing roller, is a key anti-deviation part for belt conveyors. It is installed on both sides of the conveyor belt and matched with self-aligning brackets to correct belt deviation.

     Made of Q235 carbon steel, equipped with high-precision bearings for flexible rotation, low resistance and low noise. The roller surface is finely processed without damaging the conveyor belt edge, featuring wear resistance and impact resistance. With painted or hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, it is waterproof, rust-proof and suitable for mining, power plant, cement, port and chemical industry.
